- it can be totally refundable during the 7 days following the booking date and provided this booking date is at least 30 days before departure. After this 7 days period, the rate will not be refundable anymore.

Cat. B: 5 m length, 2 m width, 2,40 m height
If the vehicle is between 1,90m and 2,40m height, a charge in height of the current tariff for the passage is to pay
The jackpot tariff is a special vehicle tariff applied on all routes (exclusive taxes). The number of spaces allocated to this tariff category is limited and changes depending on the time of the reservation and the basis tariff to be applied for the passage.
The jackpot tariff may also be applied for a single route. In any case, it represents a substantial saving compared to the basis tariff for vehicles.

Additional services will be sold in the relevant valid tariff. The jackpot ticket is not refundable but changes can be made against a changing fee of 30 € for any route. Possible price differences will be added. There are no refunds if the tariff applied for the new passage is lower than the one booked originally for the passage. It will not be possible to partly or fully refund a ticket with a discount tarif
